Who is Thrive+?
Thrive+ is a personal growth accelerator. We help people get better faster.
What are we doing?
We are bringing together a network of like-minded peers and experts for a program of intensive emotional growth to improve self-awareness and relationships, shed dependencies, grow confidence, clarity and motivation, and increase well-being. We want to empower all to find their purpose and fulfillment. And do it in a way that fits into people’s real lives.
How are we different?
We are a new model for personal growth. Think of us as the Peloton of emotional wellbeing and mental fitness, bringing together experts in the five essential elements of wellbeing with like-minded peers to forge real human connections and cohort relationships at an accelerated rate. We use human connection to train people how to change and measure that change, so that they can repeat the process throughout life.
We are offering this immersion as our VIP Pilot program to only 24 people, where we are honing and testing our approach. It’s the first of a series of immersions that all focus on the five essential elements of well-being to fuel growth.

What are the five elements of wellbeing?
Decades of research have identified five elements of wellbeing. These elements transcend country and culture — they are core to a well-lived life.
The first element is about how you occupy your time or simply liking what you do every day: your Career Wellbeing.
The second element is about having strong relationships, support and love in your life: your Social Wellbeing.
The third element is about effectively managing your economic life: your Financial Wellbeing.
The fourth element is about having good health and enough energy to get things done on a daily basis: your Physical Wellbeing.
The fifth element is about the sense of engagement you have with the area where you live: your Community Wellbeing.
Who is your coach, Johanna Dolan?
Johanna was a successful financial advisor. If you’re imaging all the possessions and money that might come with such success, you’d be right. But having it all left her empty.
She ultimately lost it all and experienced the lowest places one can get. She’s emerged from that low, committing to a journey of self-love, self-respect, love for others.
Along the way she has learned from some of the best coaches in personal development. Johanna has won recognition for her advocacy and leadership in the communities where she lives and works.
Johanna will teach you how to change your life through emotional intelligence, financial literacy, business ownership, and principle-centered living.

How does it work?
We’ll use a streamlined tech experience that fits into your personal schedule and lifestyle.
Text-based, video-based, delivering immersions, live/on-demand talks, community engagements, and 1-on-1 coaching.
SMS or text messaging will be our primary mode of communication, delivering program content, reminders, announcements, and more.
What do I have to commit to?
Intro Immersion: An Emotional Fitness Bootcamp, led by peer expert, Johanna Dolan.
Length: 6 weeks. Includes 1 week of onboarding, 4 weeks of the course, and 1 week of offboarding.
Enrollment & Onboarding: Aug 23 - Sept 8
You will complete an enrollment form. If you are one of the first 24 people to enroll, you’ll be prompted with instructions to begin the onboarding process.
Once enrolled, you will schedule a 15-minute one-on-one session with Johanna. The one-on-one session will serve as an introduction, set expectations, and establish personal goals for the immersion.
Course: Sept 9 - Sept 30
Each week, you will be given some content to review on your own prior to the group cohort session. The group session will be live each Thursday night from 6:30 pm ET to 8:00 pm ET. The session is a video-based and feature a recap presentation from Johanna, then breakout and full group discussion.
Offboarding: Oct 1 - Oct 8
You will have a final one-on-one session with Johanna. This session will serve as a review of expectations and personal goals. We’ll also use this time to conduct a short course evaluation.
